1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the phtayas platform available at phtayas.net (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the phtayas platform and services. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms as of the date they are published.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phtayas platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and during all gaming sessions.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of phtayas, nor an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period, whether self-imposed through phtayas tools or imposed by any competent gaming authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active registered account on the phtayas platform at any time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether using the same personal details or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. phtayas reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances held therein upon discovery of multiple account activity.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, date of birth, current residential address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. phtayas will not be liable for any delay or failure in processing transactions caused by inaccurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtayas account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify phtayas support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In compliance with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements and PAGCOR directives, phtayas conducts identity verification for all registered accounts. You may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal or at any time phtayas deems necessary.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phtayas accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank, InstaPay transfers, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. phtayas does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for GCash and Maya during operational hours, and within 1–3 banking days for bank transfer methods. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification completion. phtayas reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion or fraud investigation.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the phtayas platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phtayas does not accept foreign currency deposits, and all winnings are paid in PHP.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phtayas are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the applicable promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phtayas monitors all bonus activity. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, use of multiple accounts, abuse of free spin mechanics, or any other method deemed by phtayas to constitute bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Depositing while a bonus is active will not automatically trigger a new welcome or deposit bonus unless the previous bonus has been cleared or forfeited.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Availability

phtayas offers a variety of games including live dealer casino games, slot machines, bingo rooms, and specialty games. Game availability may vary by region, device, or time of day. phtayas reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the platform at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Random Number Generation

Live dealer games are streamed from licensed studios with trained dealers operating under audited procedures. phtayas does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or error affecting any game, phtayas reserves the right to void the affected game round and return wagers to the players involved. Any winnings resulting from a game malfunction or technical error are not valid and will not be paid. The decision of phtayas regarding game malfunctions is final and binding.

6.4 Disconnection Policy

phtayas is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side internet disconnections during active game rounds. If a disconnection occurs, the game will resume from its last recorded state when the player reconnects. Players are advised to maintain a stable internet connection when playing on the phtayas platform.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtayas platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating more than one account on the phtayas platform.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the phtayas platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phtayas staff, support agents, or other players.
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phtayas platform, including but not limited to the phtayas brand name and logo, game graphics, software, text, audio, video, promotional materials, and platform design, is the exclusive property of phtayas or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phtayas platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any phtayas content without prior written authorization from phtayas.

9. Privacy & Data

phtayas collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the phtayas platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phtayas implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, data access controls, and secure data storage to protect your personal information. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law, including AMLA reporting obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtayas and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the phtayas platform or services.

phtayas does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network disruptions, and circumstances beyond phtayas's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. phtayas shall not be liable for losses resulting from such unavailability.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Suspension by phtayas

phtayas reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected money laundering, or any conduct that phtayas deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their phtayas account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining eligible balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after applicable bonus balances are removed. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

phtayas offers self-exclusion options for players who wish to take a break from gambling. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be restricted from all gaming and promotional activities. 12. Amendments to Terms

phtayas reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The amended Terms will take effect upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the phtayas platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the phtayas platform or these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phtayas customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
